CRDF Global, USIC and TechInnovations Partner on International S&T Collaboration and Commercialization Services

Arlington, VA – October 4, 2010—CRDF Global, the United States Industry Coalition (USIC) and TechInnovations have signed a teaming agreement to combine their capabilities and services in support of international science and technology partnerships utilizing CRDF Global’s new program, CRDF Solutions, as a framework.

Under the terms of the agreement, CRDF Global, USIC and TechInnovations will collaborate in the promotion, expansion and delivery of a range of services to organizations engaged in international scientific research, pre-commercial R&D, financial and project management, and assistance in technology commercialization. The partnership is effective immediately for the CRDF Solutions component services: Focus and Spark.

“This teaming agreement combines the core strengths of both CRDF Global and USIC,” said Shawn Wheeler, Vice President for Global Operations & Program Support Services for CRDF Global. “The combination of capabilities, resources and expertise represented in this partnership will result in a teaming that will best meet the requirements of present and future clients.”
